Peel TV Guide App Reviews

Works great for my friends that have a galaxy. Their phones even work on my TV. However I use an iPhone and I am not able to connect to my TV. I get the same error message about how their are no devices connected to my wifi. Please fix

I have the app and it works great as a universal remote. I watched videos online showing the app being used for home automation and found those features arent available. I have submitted an enhancement request and a support ticket and neither have been touched after 5 days. The blog and information on their page hasnt been updated since 2015... I wonder if this project has been abandoned.

Second time downloaded on iPhone. Two different iPhone models and this app didnt work on either. Good looking dung heap

This app works amazing but it only gives you the option to use 16 buttons of your choice. Some people say it doesnt work with iPhone 6s but they probably dont even know how to use their actual remote. I recommend this app.

Tried it with my IPad with my TV and Set Box Changer. Will not give me the option to choose my type TV which is a Toshiba and cannot link the remote option without the purchase of a Pronto ?? Asking me to turn on My Bluetooth every time I try it and it is on on my Ipad.?.

This app doesnt work at all

Liked its interface which is much cleaner and easy to use. App with Pronto receiver make this perfect.

Very nice app when used with Pronto. Latest version has nice features but the Peel website appears to be down so I can’t add devices to Peel. There appears to be no access to the databases online. Peel website just brings up a blank screen. Once this problem is resolved, and I am sure it will be, this app will continue to be the best app for home entertainment centre control.

App is useless unless you have Pronto. There is no point in downloading this unless you are willing to buy Pronto.

Downloaded the wrong version and now it wont let me download the version without pronto.

Will not work unless you purchase a pointless accessory. Will not even take you to the remote menu if you havent bought it.

This is sad that a Samsung product can use this app with out the pointless accessory you need to buy. Waste of time and money. Was really hoping it would work for my iPhone. Very disappointed..

Useless, crashes as soon as its opened

Must buy the Pronto device to use with iPhone so that defeats the whole purpose. Wished they would have indicated that in the description. It would have saved a lot of frustration. I suspect that is why so many reviewers have had trouble with the app whereas others think its great.
